Refund Policy
Our refund policy is outlined below:
- Every purchase is non-refundable.
- We offer product exchanges if there is a quality defect or error made. An exchange is only warranted if the wrong order is delivered (eg. wrong size, wrong product.)
- An exchange can only occur if we are contacted about the issue within a week of purchase. An image of the receipt proving time of purchase is necessary.
- For International Orders, a customer is responsible for the payment of shipment and order collection from shipment agencies and vendors.
